Hi there! I’m Kathleen Vicenzotti, pronounced vi-SEN-ZOH-tee. Nice to meet you!

I grew up in Buffalo, New York, where winters were longer than summers. Warmer weather, inspiring palm trees, and ocean waves called me, and eventually, I made the move to Southern California. Today, I live in Long Beach California with my husband Joe, and cat Kit. 

As a wife, mother, business owner, executive leader, speaker, trainer, and coach, I am passionate about helping others live the life they desire and deserve. I strive to empower individuals and teams to achieve their goals both personally and professionally.

With an MBA in Marketing & Finance, I’ve led teams for Fortune 100 companies, startups, and as an entrepreneur, built three multimillion-dollar businesses. I have also achieved the highest levels of recognition in the Direct Selling, Insurance, and Automotive industries.

After more than three decades of helping others reach their full potential through corporate training, coaching, and public speaking, I’m excited to bring my unique blend of experience, knowledge and energy to you.

Through an interactive, collaborative approach, I help individuals, businesses, entrepreneurs, and corporations make meaningful changes for greater success.
